KA
Kydonitsa and Agiorgitiko

Rosé Dry Wine, Protected Geographical Indication Lakonia
Grape Varieties: Kydonitsa 50%, Agiorgitiko 50%
Organic Wine, DIO Certification

Wine making process: Grapes from both varieties are harvested in mid- September, from selected parts of our vineyard. 30 hours of pre-fermentation soak at a low temperature for both varieties simultaneously in an anaerobic environment for a better protection of the aromatic compounds of the variety, selection of the free run grape juice, static racking, low temperature of 15°C during the whole fermentation process, maturation in the fine wine lees for 2 months and bottling.

Organoleptic Characteristics: Light rosé color with golden highlights. It combines the best of both varieties: mature stone fruit and citrus flowers from Kydonitsa and sour cherry and strawberry from Agiorgitiko. Soft, fruity flavor and refreshing acidity.

Harmony of Tastes: Served at 10-12οC, it will complement and be complemented when paired with vegetarian Mediterranean dishes “ladera” as well as egg and tomato dishes such as “kayanas”. It works beautifully with white meat and fish and can accompany cheese and charcuterie boards with chutneys. It is the ideal all rounder wine.
